MICROBLADING

What is Microblading?

We have all spent most of our lives tweezing, waxing, threading, filling in, drawing on, hiding scars and trying to achieve that perfect arch or shape. There are many factors that can affect our eyebrow hair growth including age, over tweezing, scars, chemotherapy, alopecia, etc. Choosing which service you would like is the fun part.

Microblading is a form of cosmetic tattooing in which a small handheld tool made of tiny needles is used to make hair like strokes that create the look of "little hairs" and that fluff everyone adores by inserting pigment into the skin. This is typically a two step process that requires a Refining Session.

MICROSHADING

What is Microshading?

This technique gives you the dimension of the microblading method along with machine shading to give you the structure of powder fill. It is the combination of two brow services in one appointment.

Since microblading alone will never give you the “makeup look”, implementing shading along with the hair strokes from microblading is the way to go. However most people are fearful of this method looking too solid, dark or unnatural. Immediately after the appointment it will be a bit bold, don’t worry this dissipates over the course of the healing period, resulting in a soft shadow under the hair strokes. Permanent makeup has come a long way and it is constantly advancing. This new shading method won’t be blocky, extremely dark or give the “sharpie marker” look like the older permanent makeup we see that would make anyone want to run away.

Shading typically lasts longer than microblading. If you are looking for longevity with less touch ups, shading would be the recommended method. Trust the process and it will look amazing at the end of your brows healing period!

Typically lasts 2-3 Years

$550

POWDER FILL

What is Powder Fill?

Powder fill is a brow technique that uses machine shading to acheive a "makeup look" Choosing microblading alone or doing powder fill comes down to what you are looking to achieve. If you are just wanting to create a natural light hair stroke look then microblading is the route to go. Microblading will not achieve a “makeup look”, it’s solely meant to create the look of natural “little hairs”, but it also gives you the ability to add makeup for a more dramatic look if you’d like. If you are wanting darker, fuller and more of a “makeup look” then a powder fill is a great option. If you want powder fill with layered hair strokes over it than you’ll be interested in Microshading!

Powder Fill

Typically lasts 2-3 Years

$500
